Accounting

Custom Donation Amounts on Open Orders

When a membership is configured to have a related fundraising product, members who purchase or renew the membership using an open order will be able to enter a donation besides the suggested amount.

Improvements to Bill Me Functionality

Bill Me cannot be combined with other payment methods during the checkout process.

Administrator

Default Password Configurations Removed

Creating new users will generate a Welcome Email that contains a link for the new user to set a unique password. The new user link will expire in 7 days, and password reset links will expire in 1 hour. Additionally, the configuration for "SSO Token Usage Limit" will determine how many times these links can be used.

Customers

Enhanced Individual Record Title Options

The option to include degrees in the Individual Profile Title Display configuration setting now includes degrees, permitting individuals with a degree saved to their record to have it appear in their profile title.

"Legal Education Credits" Tab in the Individual Record

For clients using education credits, the Legal Education Credits tab can now be enabled in the Individual Record > Account Details tab > Education menu option. This tab can be enabled or disabled via the Page Content Customization tab on the Individual Record.

Preventing Duplicate Booth Purchases

Implemented logic to prevent the purchase of a booth that has already been purchased by another organization. If multiple organizations have the same booth in their shopping cart, messages will be displayed in the checkout wizard informing the user that the booth is no longer available for purchase.

Resolved Issues

  • End Dating Custom Fields with Checkbox List Input Type: Improved functionality to ensure that when a custom field with the "Checkbox List" input type is end dated, it will no longer appear on forms.

  • End Dating Relationships marked as Primary: End dating a relationship marked as a Primary Relationship will no longer display as the Primary Relationship on the inactive tab.

  • Custom Payment Methods and Cash Account Assignment: Improved the handling of Cash G/L account assignments when configuring multiple custom payment methods. Now, each custom payment method will use the Cash G/L account specified for that particular method, ensuring accurate ledger entries for payments, overpayments, refunds, and overpayment refunds.

  • Shippable Products with Discounts: Resolved an error that occurred at checkout that would prevent users from completing a purchase when an order had both Shippable Products and Discounts with pricing calculations based on quantity. Users can complete a purchase when shippable products with discounts are in the cart.

  • Transferring a Paid Membership to a Free Membership: Resolved an error that occurred when transferring Memberships with a price to a Membership that is free. A Membership with a price that was purchased can now be transferred to a Membership that is free.

  • Membership Renewal Email Confirmation: Resolved an issue where Email Confirmations were sent to a member’s archived email address. Renewal Confirmations are now being sent to the members primary email address even if the member has archived email addresses.
